Magistrate Ngegba decides fate of Hon.Mohamed Bangura today

The presiding Magistrate of the Pademba Road Court No.1, Mark Ngegba, will today, Friday,November 25, 2022, deliver his ruling in the matter between AIG Gabriel Tommy and the All People’s Congress (APC) Member of Parliament, Hon. Mohamed Bangura and APC Tonkolili District Chairperson, Madam Yabom Sesay.

Magistrate Ngegba’s ruling will decide the fate of the 2 APC Stalwarts, whether  they would be acquitted and discharged or found guilty of the offences charged and or sent to High Court.

Both accused have been investigated by the court for the offences of assault, insulting conduct, threatening language, riotous conduct, and obstruction, all contrary to law.

It could be recalled that on the 8th November, 2022, Magistrate Ngegba waved no case submission for Mohamed Bangura after his Lawyer, Lansana Dumbuya had intimated the Bench that his laptop computer where he did his no case submission was stolen.

The ruling was initially adjourned for Friday 18th November, 2022 but did not happen, but it will come up to again for ruling.
