In a case before Principal Magistrate Shar Kekura at Pademba Road Court No.1, Pastor Antony Keita testified against three individuals accused of disrupting a Sunday service with human faeces and riotous conduct.

Christiana Jonny, Fasu Juwu, Combay Sesay, and Nasiru Sesay face six charges, including conspiracy, riotous conduct, assault, and throwing missiles.

The incident, alleged to have occurred on Sunday, March 10, 2024, involved the accused hurling insults and throwing objects at Pastor Keita and the church building. Testifying before the court, Pastor Keita recounted the events and emphasized the impact of the insults on him and his congregation.

Despite a defense application for bail, Magistrate Kekura refused and remanded the accused to correctional facilities pending further proceedings. The matter is scheduled for continuation on May 17, 2024.
