Orange Money has yesterday , March 16th, presented four brand new Toyota cars to four of their lucky customers, who won the 2020 December end of year promotion.
The winners of the cars include Macdaline Shellon from Freetown, Ishmael Conteh from Bo Town, Augustine Tucker from Freetown and Morie Kandeh from Kabala in the Koinadugu District.
Orange Telecom, one of Sierra Leone’s biggest mobile operators, on in October 2020, officially launched their end-of-year promotion called ‘Orange money ‘shorki love’ for its valued customers at their Bo Office.
The promotion package included three billion Leones cash prize, inclusive of five brand new Toyota cars and other prizes that were given out during the promotion.
Speaking at the handing over ceremony at their IMATT Office, Martha Sumaila, Product Communications Manager at Orange, provided a brief background about the promotion, stating that the three months promotion was transparent and was done live on TV and many other community radios across the country.
She said all the winners did for them to qualify was doing Orange Money transaction on payment of EDSA and DSTV bills and transactions of Orange Money.
Orange Money Chief Executive Officer, David Mansaray, said he was very happy that they were handing over the cars to the lucky winners, stating that they believe the promotion changed the lives of many of their customers across the country.
Macdaline Shellon said she was grateful being one of the winners of the cars, noting that she couldn’t at first believe when she was told that she had won a brand new car from Orange.
