Kadiatu Kamara suffers swollen stomach, seeks financial assistance

22 years old Kadiatu Kamara, who resides at 55 Water Street, Allen Town in Freetown, has been battling with a swollen stomach for over two years and needs to undergo an emergency surgery to save his life.

She was diagnosed of Fibroid infection and needs eight millions Leones as fees to undergo the operation at the Princess Christian Maternity Hospital (PCMH) in Freetown.

According to doctor’s advice, she has only a month to survive and that she needs to undergo the operation, so as to get her live saved.

Kadiatu is currently staying with her uncle and had lost both parents years ago.

She told Concord Times that her health condition started deteriorating two years when she started experiencing strange and frequent stomach pain, which later resulted to the enlargement of her stomach.

Since her uncle could not afford to take her to hospital, he decided to source traditional medicine for her but her condition keeps deteriorating.
