An aspirant for parliamentary symbol under the ruling All People’s Congress (APC) in Constituency 126 has vowed to improve the present status of the constituency if given the symbol to contest the 2018 parliamentary election.

According to Dr. Salie Mahoi, he has all the expertise and technical skills to champion development projects in the constituency.

Dr. Mahoi was speaking over the weekend during a meeting with constituents, where he canvassed their support to secure the symbol under the APC ticket to contest the March 7, 2018 parliamentary elections.

He promised that he would help develop the constituency with good roads, clean and safe drinking water, youth empowerment and educational facility, if given the symbol and subsequently win the election. He also promised to construct a bridge at the end of 2017.

Dr. Mahoi called on voters to vote the APC in the March 7 elections, which he described as crucial to the advancement of the country.

“I am capable of seeking your interest and bringing development to this constituency. I want you to forget about the past and look to the opportunities that lie ahead. If I become the next parliamentarian, this constituency will take the lead in terms of development,’’ he said.
