Sierra Leone international Alhassan ‘Crespo’ Kamara is ready and eager for a new challenge after completing his long awaited move to Swedish Allsvenskan club BK Hacken from rival Orebro.

The 23-year-old forward, who penned down a three-year-deal with the Gothenburg-based club for an undisclosed fee, is pleased with the move and look forward to new challenges.

He said: “I am really pleased to have made the move to BK Hacken. This is a fantastic football club and it is a massive opportunity for me to start another chapter in my footballing career.”

The move of the former FC Kallon striker ended a month long rumour of his transfer to BK Hacken despite missing the entire 2015 league season due to injury.

However, he returned to action in the 2016 season, making nine league appearances for Orebro, scoring a single goal from the penalty spot.

Reacting to the player signing, Hacken sporting director Sonny Karlsson told the Gothenburg-based club’s website: “We have got a really good centre-forward who is strong, fast and a good finisher.

We think he will fit in perfectly with our game.”

‘Crespo’, could make his debut for Hacken against Helsingborg in Sunday’s league match. He scored 25 goals in 49 matches in OSK shirt.
