Champions League clubs chasing Salone striker

June 29, 2015 By Sahr Morris Jr.

Agent of Sierra Leone and IFK Norrköping striker, Patrick Mork, has revealed that two UEFA Champions League clubs are eyeing a move for his client, Alhaji ‘Andriano’ Kamara.

According to the Swedish agent who refused to name the clubs, the 21-year-old striker could join any of the two clubs after his loan spell with Malaysian side Johor Darul Takzim.

Monk told Swedish online media, folkbladet.se, that already the two clubs have shown an interest and one absolutely wanted to strike a deal with Kamara’s parent club, IFK Norrköping.

“Alhaji Kamara is being watched by the top clubs playing at the highest level in Europe. Two Champions League clubs have shown an interest, one absolutely wanted him,” Mork told folkbladet.se and continues: “Perhaps he could move on to any of the two clubs instead of joining IFK Norrköping, but it is Norrköping who has the right to say that.”

However, Kamara said he is grateful to Norrköping who gave him the chance to play professional football in Sweden, something he did not get the chance to do at Djurgården. Norrköping officials believe he would be happy to play for the club again.

Meanwhile, the former FC Kallon striker’s loan to Malaysia’s Johor Darul Takzim has not been a good one since the sacking of coach Bojan Hodak. The forward has been left off the A-team and has had a couple of backbreaking months.
