Bayraytay to address Sierra Leoneans in the diaspora

Bayraytay  pushing  President Koroma’s agenda beyond borders

As part of his responsibility to promote the agenda of President Ernest Bai and the government of Sierra Leone, Presidential Spokesperson,Abdulai Bayraytay, would engage Sierra Leoneans in the diaspora on a wide range of issues including the  ongoing voters’ and civil registration excercise,the general elections slated for March 7th,2018,the withdrawal of diplomatic passport from erstwhile Vice President, Samuel Sam Sumana,the general state of security and the economy.

Mr.Bayraytay would first address the Sierra Leone community, Friends of Sierra Leone and the media in a town hall meeting in Toronto, Canada on Sunday, April 23rd, 2017.

He would also hold town hall meetings on the above stated topic at the Embassy of Sierra Leone, Washington DC and also in New Jersey in the USA on April 29 and 30 respectively.

The Presidential Spokesman had  an interview with Timbuktu Radio (Radio Regent .com), Friday, April 14, 2017, in which he  indicated that reaching out to Sierra Leoneans, friends of Sierra Leone, and, especially the international media, is part of President Dr.Ernest Bai Koroma’s continued commitment of bringing the presidency and the government much closer to the people.

“Sierra Leoneans and friends of Sierra Leone in the diaspora constitute the fifth constituency of our country and President Koroma values their invaluable contributions to good governance and democratization of the country,” Bayraytay told Timbuktu Radio in Canada.
