The Dwarzark community hospital has resumed operation after it was unceremoniously closed down due to the death of a nurse who was infected with the Ebola virus.

The hospital serves hundreds of patients each day, including pregnant women, lactating mothers and children. For many of these patients, the reopening of the hospital comes as a huge relief.

Chairlady of the Dwarzark community market, Marie Bangura, expressed joy that the hospital has resumed operations to serve the health needs of the densely populated mountainous community.
