Executive Director of OlympAfrica International Foundation, Alassane Theirno Diack, on Thursday, November 23 ,urged Sierra Leonean sports authorities and the government not to miss the opportunities of having a standard OlympicAfrica Centre and other facilities like other African nations.

Diack, who was on a day’s  fact-finding mission in Sierra Leone, said many other African countries have benefited a lot in having a well standard and state-of-the-art  OlympicAfrica Centres, housing several sporting facilities and Sierra Leone should ensure they are not left out.

He said: “I only hope we have the OlympicAfrica venue back so that we can be able to rebuild the pitch and set up a better track. We can only give more and a further facelift when we have the venue back.

“Sierra Leone must not miss the opportunity to have such industrious facilities like other African nations.”
