Sierra Leonean super agent, Chernor Musa Jalloh, last Friday departed the country’s shores via Senegal to Banjul, The Gambia, on a three day scouting mission.
Jalloh, who is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Soccer Management-Sierra Leone, will join other international agents from Sweden and Turkey in Gambia as they expand their scouting mission to the West Africa nation.
Before his departure Jalloh said: “This is a new ground for us and we hope the trip will be a successful one for us and Gambia football.”
“It is good idea for us to explore other avenue and give the young players the chance and opportunity to showcase their football talent in Europe. Gambia over the years has produced successful players in youth football and it is good for us to have a firsthand look.”
Last year, Jalloh invited Turkish FIFA agent, Erk Toros, on a three day scouting trip to Sierra Leone. Toros was alongside prominent Swedish agent, Patrick Mork, as they watched over 60 footballers from five different teams across the country in a three days tournament.
