Rangers Manpower Solutions (RMS) on Wednesday 14 May 2014 donated office equipment worth millions of Leones to Street Life Family Organization (SLFO), to help change the current status of their head office at Goderich Street in Freetown.
The items donated include; one executive table, chairs, frames, generator, printer machine, water dispenser, book shelf, flower vase, plus the sum of five million Leones (Le.5,000,000) for fuel.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of RMS, Dr. Patrick Njawe, the gesture is the beginning of a very stronger relationship with SLFO because they are among few organizations in the country who are dedicated to working for humanity.
He stated that they decided to assist the organization because of the passion they have in catering for those that are currently on the streets coupled with the fact that their office was not in good order when he visited them recently.
“This is just the start of many things that we will be doing for Street Life Family Organization. We will work with you to ensure that we get those on the streets, especially the prostitutes, get a better life,” he said.
Dr. Njawe disclosed that his institution started operation in Sierra Leone some nine months ago with the aim of providing jobs to Sierra Leoneans both within and outside the country, and assured that they will serve as the catalyst in ensuring that President Ernest Bai Koroma’s ‘Agenda for Prosperity’ works.
He disclosed that they have succeeded in securing jobs for over one hundred (100) Sierra Leoneans in Canada who are due to depart in June.
After receiving the donated items, SLFO Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Alhaji Sorie Ibrahim Koroma, thanked RMS for providing the requisite equipment needed to upgrade their office
