Members of the Parliamentary Appointment and the Public Service Committee yesterday deferred an interview session for Mohamed R. Koroma, who was nominated by President Bio to serve as board member at the Public Service Commission.

According to chairman of the committee and Leader of Government Business, Hon. Sidi Tunis, the nominee failed to include his Curriculum Vitae (CV) among documents he had submitted to the committee clerk, hence could not go on with the interview.

“We cannot interview you without your CV. I will advise you come back after recess but I cannot continue with the interview. I am sorry,” he said.

Speaking to pressmen, Mohamed R. Koroma said it was an oversight and that he did make 20 copies to submit to the committee, but have sent one of his sons to take the document at his office.

“It was an oversight. It was 18 envelopes and I did make 20 copies of each documents and it might be in the process of packaging them. I have sent one of my sons to collect it,” he explained.
