Sierra Leone and FC Kallon midfielder, Bilili Bangura is presently in Sweden to under trials with second division side Härnösands FF with the hope of signing a permanent deal.
The young midfielder’s trials are expected to commence this weekend and they are to last for two weeks before a decision will finally be taken by the Swedish outfit.
Already the club has confirmed Bangura’s arrival in Sweden and head coach of Härnösands, Niclas Pour Dahl, said the youngster is not the only player that would undergo trials with the club but they are also expecting two others.
“In the next few days we will have to look at Bilili Bangura, former Sierra Leone U-20 national team player, in practice games. He is the brother of Abdul [Bangura] who once played here; we understand he’s as good as his elder brother, which was why we decided to give him the opportunity to prove his worth,” coach Dahl said.
Bangura, who can player either as a defender or midfielder, has enjoyed several outings with the Sierra Leone youth teams, having played for the U-20, U-23 and the home-based national team.
He was also part of the team that played two international friendly matches against Iraq in Turkey and Jordan in Amman.
